Custom packages are comprised of the documents you deem most essential for a job search; they can include a custom resume, a networking bio, executive dossier, deal list, project summary sheet, and other collateral documents you desire in your portfolio. You also receive hands-on assistance in developing the most effective cover letters, introduction letters, follow up letters and thank you notes, and you will be shown how to custom tailor your resume and other docuemnts for a specific opportunity, employer, recruiter or job boards.  

Also included in the package is a Linked-In review where  we update your social media page for maximum effect and exposure

Last, but definitely not least, is the personal hands-on coaching and mentoring you will receive. During the entire process I will keep you informed about all of the subtle nuances that go into crafting each document. We will also go over social media and the best strategies for you to employ; networking and how to get the most out of your network; job search strategies to generate interviews; interviewing strategies to prepare for a phone scree, first and follow-up interviews. For those planning a career transition we will cover all the issues you need to know to get your job search off on the right path in your new industry, field or profession.

Most important is the ongoing relationship we will develop. Our relationship does not end when the document writing stage is over. On the contrary, this is when our relationship first begins. As part of the package you will have constant access to call or email me questions, seek my advice and feedback, ask me for introductions to people in my network, or you can just pick up the phone and talk to me for a few minutes when you feel stressed by your job search and need motivation and encouragement.
