Q: Will I work with someone who has appropriate level corporate resume writing experience or will I be randomly assigned to an unknown 3rd
     party writer?

A: All writing and coaching is done by Perry Newman who has worked with C-suite executives and high level professionals in a number of
    industries and professions. This service is not a resume mill that outsources work to 3rd party providers.

Q: How long does it take to complete a resume?

A: Once all the information is received the process takes 2-7 days to deliver a review draft and finished product.  

Q: What if I need more than one resume or I need additional documents such as a bio, dossier or deal list?

A: During the initial consultation we will go over all the documents and tools that can help you in your job search. You then have the option 
    of deciding what is in your best interest. 

Q: Will I get help preparing cover letters and follow up letters?

A: Help with cover letters and follow up letters is part of the resume package and there is no additional cost for this service. 

Q: Will I be brought up to speed on the proper use of social media and Linked-In so I can be found by employers and recruiters?

A: During the process we will discuss the value of integrating social media into your job search and how to create a dynamic Linked-In profile
    that will get notice and respect. Our resume packages include a Linked-In review and update as part of the service.   

Q: What if I want to update or change my resume at a later date?

A: All resumes come with two free updates or minor alterations in the first 12 months. If you want to totally revise a resume or you desire an
     alternate version the additional work will be done at a mutually agreed upon discounted rate.

Q: Are your business hours convenient to accommodate my schedule and location?

A: To accommodate clients nationwide our business hours, by appointment, are from 9 AM to 11 PM Eastern Time weekdays and weekends.
